By accessing, purchasing, or using any services, memberships, or facilities associated with Victory Ranch (“the Range”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use the Range.

2. Private Property / No Public Access

Victory Ranch is private property and not open to the public.

Access is strictly limited to:

Approved members in good standing
Approved guests
Authorized participants

No walk-ins. No unauthorized entry.
Violation may result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

3. Membership Structure

Membership grants revocable privileges, not rights.

Membership is conditional upon compliance with all rules and policies
Membership may be revoked at any time, with or without notice
Membership is non-transferable

The Range reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

4. Fees and Payment Obligations

All fees are considered earned upon payment.

Membership fees are one-time fees for access privileges
Payment plans (if offered) are a convenience only, not a subscription
The full amount remains due regardless of usage, cancellation, or access frequency

Failure to pay:

May result in suspension or termination
Does not eliminate financial obligation
May result in collections or legal enforcement

5. Automatic Renewal

Membership may automatically renew at the then-current rate unless canceled.

Cancellation must be submitted via written email notice
Text messages, Verbal cancellation is not valid
Renewal charges are authorized under the payment method on file

6. Authorization to Charge

By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Victory Ranch to:

Charge any payment method on file
Collect all current, past due, or renewal fees
Continue charges until all balances are paid in full

This authorization remains in effect until all obligations are satisfied.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email only
Cancellation does not waive any outstanding balance
No refunds of kind will be issued.

8. Range Rules and Compliance

All users must comply with:

Posted range rules
Safety protocols
Staff or system instructions

Failure to comply:

Immediate removal
Possible permanent ban
No refund

9. Surveillance and Monitoring

The property is under audio and video surveillance.

By entering, you:

Consent to recording
Acknowledge monitoring for safety and enforcement

10. Assumption of Risk

Use of the Range involves inherent risks.

By participating, you:

Assume all risks associated with firearms and range activity
Accept full responsibility for your actions
Agree that participation is voluntary

11. Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree:

Victory Ranch is not liable for injury, damage, or loss
You release and hold harmless the Range and its affiliates
This includes negligence, except where prohibited by law

12. Property Use Restrictions

No unauthorized areas may be accessed
Do not go beyond designated shooting zones
All instructions and boundaries must be followed

13. Termination of Access

Victory Ranch reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate access at any time
Remove any individual from the property immediately
Enforce rules without warning

14. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in:
Wayne County, North Carolina

You waive:

Jury trial rights
Participation in class actions

15. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between the user and Victory Ranch Gun Range and supersede any prior communications.

17. Modifications

Victory Ranch reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
